Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.
